Post a countdown to the Book Box arrival date on your bulletin board, so the class can follow along and build anticipation and excitement.
Request catalogs to distribute to your students each month.
If you haven't ordered online before, register by creating an account here.
Collect each student's order, add any additional titles or items you'd like to order for your classroom, and submit your class order to Scholastic.

You will get an e-mail every time a parent submits an order online. Log in to see these pending orders and enter any paper orders you have collected from students. Then submit the complete class order to Scholastic so everything ships together.
Save the paper order forms so that you can easily distribute the books to students once the book box arrives. It will contain a complete listing of what each student ordered—whether orders were placed online or using the printed flyers.
Note: Parent eBook orders must be submitted along with the class order to count toward your Bonus Point total.

With each class order, you'll earn classroom Bonus Points—redeemable at any time—for FREE Books, eBooks, or classroom supplies and educational materials. The more your class orders, the more Bonus Points you earn.
When parents place their orders online, you'll earn a $3 coupon for your classroom, and they'll earn a Free Book Pick Coupon to use for their next order!

Once your students' orders are in and you've added any items you'd like to order for the classroom, you're ready to submit your class order to Scholastic.
You can pay online with your credit card or send a check to Scholastic by mail. Either way, you will receive an e-mail notification that your order has been received, as well as a shipping notification e-mail.
If paying by mail, use the postpaid envelope provided in any Book Club catalog. Fill out and return the payment stub with your check and/or credit card information. Make checks payable to Scholastic Book Clubs. No cash, please.
