Many insects are naturally drawn toward light. While collecting at night, Dr. Schuh’s student, Dimitri Forero, takes advantage of this trait by placing a bright light near a white sheet. As the insects land on the sheet, Dr. Schuh is ready to collect them with an aspirator.
