Enchiladas
Follow these directions to make enchiladas.

Ingredients
2 small cans black olives
2 large cans prepared enchilada sauce
2 large cans refried beans
corn tortillas (about 20)
3 cups grated cheddar or jack cheese

1. Chop up olives and cheese. Open the cans of enchilada sauce and refried beans. Ask your teacher to heat each gently on the stove. Mix the olives, cheese, and refried beans together.

2. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the olive, beans, and cheese mixture into the tortilla.

3. Fold the tortilla over and enjoy!
