Artemis Fowl #6: The Time Paradox by Eoin colfer

Review by: Ryan H.
Michigan, Grade 10

Artemis Fowl and the other characters in the story have to travel back in time to save the silky sifaka lemur from none other than Artemis himself so this changes from the other Artemis Fowl books because Artemis has to pit his intellect and great stores of knowledge against himself which turns out to be quite difficult as he has to save the lemur and get back to his own time to save his mother who has contracted the thought to be extinct disease of the fairies spelltrophy which absorbs all magic used to try to eradicate it from the person infected preventing healing and while traveling back in time they only have 3 days to get the lemur and get back to their own time.

I liked this book because its interesting how the author Eoin Colfer takes fantasy of fairies and magic and mixes the science fiction of time travel and flying ships and technology that is super advanced and the fairies use it the book is always suspenseful and keeps you on edge wondering whats going to happen rooting on the heroes and booing the villains when they win.
