Reviews of Nonfiction Books Harriet Tubman: Conductor on the Underground Railroadby Ann Petry

There were a lot of interesting ideas, but I like one more than all the rest. It is that Harriet Tubman chose to risk her life to rescue other slaves and free them. She risked getting caught as a run away slave to move others secretly to the north.
I liked this book very much because Harriet Tubman is one of my heros. She is a very brave woman to have that much courage. She took many slaves along the Underground Railroad to freedom. She wanted them to be free and have a second chance at life. Because of her, their dreams came true.
