A girl and her family try to survive Bergen Belson. Bergen Belson is a concentration camp made specifically for prisoners of war. The blumenthal family is trying to stay whole while going through this tough time.
It was really interesting how Hitler had a lot of control over the Jewish people. I did not like how He mistreated the Jewish people by putting them in gas chambers. Hitler did not like people who were not the same religion as his. To find out what happens to the blumenthal family read the book.
