My Life in Dog Years by Gary Paulsen

Review by: Lyli K.
Iowa, Grade 5

A great piece of the book is when Gary meets every dog. Every dog is different in a different way. For example: every person is unlike one another, but you are similar in a way that you didn't know.

The book wasn't the best book I have ever read, but I still liked the book. I wasn't interested on someone else life, or that their parents had drugs and he had to take care of himself. I would give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars! Every dog was different, like one saved his life, and one was his best friend for life.
