Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank

Review by: Carson P.
Tennessee, Grade 7

This book gives you an insight into the world of Anne Frank and the time in which she lived.. It gives you a feel for the anguish of the Jews hiding from the Nazis that leaves you on the edge of your seat.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It gives historical insight into the time period. My only criticism of the book is that there is not a lot of action in the beginning. For some who might need an attention grabber early, this might be a book that is somewhat difficult to enjoy. Overall, however, I did enjoy this book and would recommend it to my friends.
