The Adventures of Robin Hood by Howard Pyle

Review by: Madison R.
New Jersey, Grade 6

Well it was interesting when Robin Sent Will in the very beginning. But I don't see how one of the Sheriff's men were able to see green under the robe. Especially with how fast he covered it back up.

I didn't like the book because it wasn't the kind of book i like to read and it was boring to me.It wasn't very exciting to me plus i had to read this book for a program i did and I still feel the same about the book. I also don't like it because it didn't catch my attention when i read the back or the book I just felt like Howard Pyle would've been able to make it more exciting. Also it just isn't that suspenseful either. It also didn't have much of a flow one thing after another happened so it kind of confused me. I also disliked the fact that
Robin Hoods merry men don't follow him, he has to ''summon'' them which is not the best idea because if something bad happens to his bungle then he's out of luck. That's what i disliked about this book.
