Review by: Sarahi Q. Colorado, Grade 6 In Almost Home there is a girl named Sugar. Sugar has a dg named Sush. It’s named Sush because It’s last owner abused his dog. Sugar turn s homeless and goes to a homeless shelter. Sugar and her mom were abandoned by her father. I liked the book because It realistic. It explains how she went homeless and she found a dog.
