Anne Frank, a fourteen year old girl living during the Holocaust, deals with a lot of changes in her live over a couple years. Throughout this book Anne finds out that her and her family has to go into hiding. Her and her family moves to where Anne’s father worked. To get to their hiding spot you have to go through a secret passage way. Some of Anne’s family’s friends move in with them to.

During Anne’s experience she develops a special bond with Peter, a boy a little older than Anne living in her hiding spot. They also go through times when they thought they would be discovered.

This book shows how much you and your life can change in a short period of time. If you want to find out what happens to Anne and her family during the Holocaust, read this book.

It was a sad story of a young girl.
