  Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury

Review by: Molly H.
Pennsylvania, Grade 7

Guy Montag is a fireman that burns books because it is illegal to own books. He is curious what the hubub is about the books so he secretly takes them. His wife, Millie, finds the books stored in the air vent and Guy makes her read them with him. While he is out, Millie calls the fire department and she leaves. When Guy finds out, his house is in ashes and the only book left is a bible. Will Guy be able to reach someone who can tell him what to do?

I liked my book a lot. The twists and turns in the plot were fun to read and follow along. Also, I liked the way Bradbury set it up. The way all the events tied together was really good. I really liked Fahrenheit 451 and would recommend it to anyone who likes action, danger, and suspense.
