Reviews of Nonfiction Books Lucky: A Memoirby Alice Sebold

After reading the gruesome memoir of Alice Sebold and her shocking story of how she was raped as a college freshman, I became more aware of how many bad people are in this world and some of the things that they'll do. I admire Alice Sebold for her courage in being able to think back on probably the worst time in her life, and put it down in words in a book to share with everyone what happened to her. The most interesting thing I found about the book is that it's so detailed that while you are reading it, you can actually have a clear picture in your mind about what's going on. The fact that the story's true, just gives it the right
I liked the book because I'm really into books that are based on a true story. It has everything I look for in a book, true facts, action, it just gets your attention and you just want to keep reading the book until you're done.
