Personal food trainer right by my side telling me Food Rules. Instead of Telling me food rules and going on and on about each rule, he described each one enough to make the reader understand it very clearly and be successful with it. In this book, there is three part. Part 1- What Should I Eat? (Eat Food)
Part 2-What Kind Of Food Should I eat? (mostly plants)
and Part 3-How much Should I Eat? (not too much)
This book is a great way to help you lose weight and eat healthy without turning to Fad diets displayed on tv.

By:Michael Pollan is a great book that tells you important things about eating but doesn't over analyze each rule and make it seem much more complicated than it really is. Losing weight and staying health, could now easily be achieved
