Arnold Schwarzenegger: From Superstar to Governor by Sally Lee

Review by: Bailey K.
West Virginia, Grade 8

Arnold Schwarzenegger
My biography was about Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was written by Sally Lee. It is a biography because Sally Lee explains about the life of Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was a very successful man. Grew up poor and discouraged to follow his dreams.
He lives in California and is the present governor of the state. He was raised in Graz, Austria. When he was a teenager he moved to the United States. He went all around the world but ended up staying in California. It takes place in 1950 and goes to today. He is the governor and was a former actor and bodybuilder. Sally wrote about him because of his amazing experiences and his interesting life. His life can inspire many people that donít have much family support. I think someone should read this book because it is very inspirational. I think the part of the book where he beat his weight lifting rival in several compositions. It would connect with people in politics and looking to have an interesting, fun life.

My recommendation of this book is very positive because it is an amazing biography. This book is very amazing because Arnold was born in Graz, Austria and his dad discouraged him for a lot of different thongs he tried in his life. His dad favored his other son much more than him. He started lifting when he was nine years old. He was very good and started competing in competitions all over Europe. He joined the military when he was 14 years old. Soon after he left and went to America and became a very successful businessman, weight lifter, and governor.
