Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank

Review by: Austynn G.
New Hampshire, Grade 9

It all started on Anne’s thirteenth birthday on June 12, 1942. In the beginning of Anne’s diaries, she goes in to tell us about her schoolboy crushes, her friends, how well she did in school, and things along that line. Then the book goes in to tell how she felt throughout the whole time she was hiding. Do you want to find out who survived and who didn't or if you want to see see if Anne fulfilled her dream to be a writer? I guess you will just have to read the book, and find out for yourself!!

At sometimes it got boring. Also, since I have seen the movie I could predict some stuff so it wasn't as intense.
