  Hold Still by Nina LaCour

Review by: Gloria X.
Pennsylvania, Grade 7

I thought it was interesting that you never really know someone. Ever. Even if they're your best friend, or your family, or anyone.

I liked this book because it dealt with a very mysterious subject: suicide. Not that I like suicide, but it was something different for me to read, something unlike the other realistic novels. I also think that the way the writer had the main character, Caitlin, strive to find peace in herself again was pretty interesting. All in all, it was a pretty good book.
