Review by: Jacob D.
Connecticut, Grade 7

Blake, the main character, his younger brother Quinn and friends Russ and Maggie, are at an amusement park. At the first amusment park Quinn a dare devil goes under the tracks of a roller coaster to get his fallen hat. The rapid hasty roller coaster tumbles over just missing Quinn's fingers. Quinn says ''Got it'' like nothing was about to mush him. After a few days the same characters as I have told you about in the beginning went to the amusement park that they were invited too. In the beginning of the story Blake said that sometimes Quinn freezes and after he un freezes he says ''I go places sometimes''. After a few chapters, Quinn's brother
went to the amusment park that he was invited too. They take a scary drive threw the woods were the find a wierd amusement park in the woods. Here the have to ride 7 rides befor they can leave. They ride crazy ride like wild beasts threw fields where they almost get crushed. There is more scary ride they ride but they are there to try to find Quinn. In the end they wake up to being in a car crash where they cant tell if it was all real or fake. What really happen ?

The reason why I enjoyed this book is because it was exciting and made me want to keep reading. I would rate this book a 4 out of 5 cause of all the exciting parts and the imagery the book gave me. Neal Shusterman's Full Tilt is a great book for readers in middle school that want a scary detailed book and its diffrent then most stories I've read. Read it and cause you will like it. It leaves you hanging.
