Harriet Tubman

Harriet Tubman was a woman with no freedom. She was born in Bucktown, Maryland around the year of 1820. She was an African American who risked her life to help those with no freedom. Harriet Tubman escaped from slavery in 1849 and went to Philadelphia. Harriet Tubman went back and fourth 18 times to rescue slaves. She had rescued about 300 slaves all together. Harriet Tubman was a hero for what she had done, I believe that she should be remembered for her bravery.
