Oprah Winfrey is an African American leader and a public speaker representing her rights. While she was a child she was abused. Through her life she has broadcasted many radio shows and has been on many programs. Oprah Winfrey was named one of the 100 Most Influential People of the 20th Century by Time Magazine, and in 1998 received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. She has represented African American Men and Women throughout all the years.
