The reason I believe Susan B. Anthony should be on the Honor Roll of Notable Women is because all of her life she worked on getting equal rights for women among other things. Her first reform efforts were for anti-slavery as well as a campaign designed to curb alcoholism. In a life long partnership with Elizabeth Cady Staton, Susan B. Anthony came to believe that the right for women to vote was necessary in order for women to advance in society. With her selfless dedication and organizational skills, Susan B. Anthony created a women's rights movement. She held many conventions to protest the unfairness of womens' rights. For over thirty years, Susan B. Anthony worked continuously for what she believed in and because of that dedication, she most definitely deserves to be on the Honor Roll of Notable Women.
