Back to Helen Keller

Helen Keller
By: Karissa A.
Michigan, Grade 6

I am nominating Helen Keller because a childhood disease left her deaf, mute, and blind. She also became a wonderful, expert, author and lecturer. She told other blind, mute, and deaf not to give up but to try harder. When i was in 4th grade i did a biography on Helen Keller and i had a lot of fun. Those are the reasons why i nominated Helen Keller. Thank you!
