Helen Keller
By: Dorcas N.
Missouri, Grade 8

I chose Helen Keller because without her, where would our disability knowledge be? She lectured around the world to help others and made Braille not only more popular with others like herself, but also changed the five different types of Braille into one type. She is one of the most remarkable people I've ever heard of.
