I chose Anne Frank to nominate to the Honor Roll. She was courageous because she hid for a long time from death, and her great vision was that she had to stay alive. Anne Frank was a jewish girl during WW2 when Hitler and the nazis in an apartment building, writing in her journal Kitty. She was hiding in Holland,August 4th, 1944 when the nazis found her hiding place and sent her to a consentration camp. Two months before the war ended in 1945 Anne Frank was killed. Her story from her journal was published and it effected people all around the world because it told people what the nazis did to the Jews.
