By: Nica L.
Alaska, Grade 6

Susan B. Anthony was famous for her protest to give women the right to vote.
She gathered up some of the women in her neighborhood and made signs and protested to give men and women equal rights. Her family were Quakers, they also believed in giving men and women the same rights. Her brother was the one who helped Susan notice that women should have the same rights as men. 14 years after Susan died her protest became a sucess and was filed as the 19th amendment!
