Anne Frank was a Jewish girl who lived in the times of the Holocaust. She was born to edith and Otto Frank on June 12th 1929. Hitler first took control of Germany and started the Anti Jew laws in 1933. It was hard for Anne and Margot because they were only young children. On June 12th (Anne's 13th Birthday), she recieves the famous diary that she named Kitty. On July 5, 1942 Anne's family recieves a call saying they are going to send Margot to a work Labor camp. The Franks go into hiding the next day to try and protect their family from the Nazi's.
