I came to America in 1983 when I got married to a doctor who practices medicine here. My brother came to America in 1964 when he was a student at the University of Michigan. I came to America on a plane, and it was a VERY long flight, making it uncomfortable. It was over 22 hours long!

My first impression of America was that some people were not very polite and some people did not know how to drive. But on the whole, people were very friendly.

I brought pictures of relatives with me, and I have been back to Hong Kong quite often. In Hong Kong, I was an Administrative Staff Member at the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.

When I first came to America, I worked as a business manager in my husband's office. Right now I am a full-time mother.
