My father Matt B works as a sheet metal apprentice .He works with air ducts, heating and air conditioning, installing, fabricating and ventilation. He reads blue prints {its a map of a room} to install duct lines.

He uses a lot of hand tools and power tools to connect the whole line together. We work eight hours a day which equals forty hours a week.
We have school every other week equaling 32 hours per class. No I dont mind the hours because I am home with my family.

We provide hospitals, office building, schools and homes with cleanest air lines. I put fittings together to form duct lines and also sketch up field drawling. When I am an apprentice I have to listen to my mechanic unless I am working by myself
