Frau Linka is the English teacher at my school. She is an immigrant from Germany. She moved here because her husband got a job in America. I was able to ask here a few questions about here immagration.

Trice:
“Why did you leave Germany?”

Frau Linke:
“I came here because my husband worked for V.W..”

Trice:
“Where did you come from?”

Frau Linke:
“North Germany”

Trice:
“Did you get separated from your family?”

Frau Linke:
“I got separated from my parents and sister.”

Trice:
“What was the hardest part of leaving?”

Frau Linke:
“ Leaving friends and family.”

Trice:
“What is your most valuable possession from Germany?”

Frau Linke:
“My piano.”

Trice:
“What did you think about the American food?”

Frau Linke:
“Different, but I like some things.”





Trice:
“What was the trip over here like?”


Frua Linke:

“Long and by plain.”

Trice:

“How did you decide were to live?”

Frua Linke:

“A relater.”

Trice:

“How are you doing in America?”

Frua Linke:

“Fine.”

Trice:

“Do you like America better than Germany?”


Frua Linke:
“No, not because I don’t like it I like home better.”



Frua Linke is doing well in America and is wealthy. I’m glad I had the pleasure to ask those questions.
