I interviewed both my Grandma and Pop-pop about their lives during World War II. I learned much more than I ever thought I would. They were much too young to be in or work for the war, but they could still help out with jobs. Even if they didn't know each other back then, they both helped their fathers with the blackout drills. They also both grew Victory Gardens and bought War Bonds and Victory Stamps. Their lives had many more hardships than we have had today. I enjoyed interviewing my Grandparents and hope they enjoyed being interviewed.
