My tradition is how we eat dinner. Every year at 6'o clock we go to church on Christmas Eve. Sometimes we go to our grandparents house in Connecticut which is 5 hours away from our house. We have cauliflower soup for dinner. We also have smoked lamb from Iceland. In Iceland they call it houngi kurt, which means hanging lamb because it is hanging when they smoke it. We also have malt blend from Iceland made from Pepsi, orange soda, and malt. Finally, we do dishes together. Then we all open presents. My mom and dad open presents after us because they take pictures of all special times.
