When I immigrated to United States, I felt nervous because I didnĘt understand English and I was scared because I didnĘt know people. When I crossed the border I was scared because I didnĘt know anything about this country. I was not accustomed to the U.S.A because everything is different. The places are different, the people, the customs, the food, the language. When I immigrated to United States, I left my family, my best friends and my old home. I was sad because I didnĘt have friends. I was worried when I crossed the border because I didnĘt know when I come back to my country. I was homesick because I didnĘt know how to confront obstacles in this country; I was scared because I wasnĘt aquatinted with people or anything in the country.
