Reunion Interview Melba Pattillo Home		Back to Age 12 24 hours as Melba By: Sarah N. Massachusetts, Age 12 I probably wouldnt have been able to stick it out the way Melba Pattillo did. All the yelling and fighting around me. I would have tryed to do what she did but i wouldnt have been able to last as long as she did in that high school with only nine other black people, and the rest all white i would have feelt really out of place. It would have been to hard to be a black person in that time. I can't even begin to tell what it would have been like. Back to Age 12
