Overview
Save more time on your next class order by giving parents the option to send orders to you online! Here's how it works:
1. Start a New Order
Before you distribute the latest Club flyers to students, log in to Clubs Ordering
Online and choose, "I want to give parents the option to send orders online
or at school." You can then make the flyer available for online ordering.
2. Tell Parents
Let parents know about the new option to order online and remind them
that you'll still accept orders placed at school, too.
3. Receive Student Orders Online
See orders parents sent online when you log in to Clubs Ordering Online
they're automatically added to your class order.
4. Submit Your Class Order
Enter orders received at school and submit your entire class order to Scholastic.

How to Make Club Catalog Flyers Available to Parents Online
After you choose "Give parents the option to send orders online or at school," you will start a new order for each Club catalog that you want parents to have the option to order from online.
Parents will be able to view all the information from the catalogs you selected (titles, descriptions, prices, etc.) by logging onto a secure My Clubs Ordering Page.
About My Clubs Ordering Page
A special My Clubs Ordering Page has already been set up for your class. This is a secure page where your students and their parents will go to browse the flyers and place their orders.
How to Personalize My Clubs Ordering Page
You can write a personal message to your class on My Clubs Ordering page. Or,
you can use the general default message that we've provided.
Tip: Include recommended titles in your welcome message.
Tell parents that ordering from Clubs is even easier because they can now send you their child's orders online and use a credit card.

How Parents & Students Order Online
Let parents and students know how easy it is to send their orders to you online. Here's how it works:
Remember, you still earn Bonus Points with every class order.
Student orders you receive online are automatically added to the class order you started.
Parents and students can send their orders to you, but Scholastic does not receive the orders until you submit the entire class order.
Your order will be delivered to your classroom within two weeks.
Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered directly to the classroom, just like when you order
from the paper catalog flyer. Your child's teacher will distribute the items
directly to your child.
When will I receive my order?
Once your child's teacher submits the class order, the items will arrive in
the classroom in less than two weeks.
Will my child's teacher see my credit card information?
No. Billing information is submitted to Scholastic only, using Scholastic's
secure server and the latest technology to protect credit card information.
We guarantee secure commerce transactions by encrypting all credit card information
so that it cannot by read as it travels to our ordering system. Once it is received,
it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.
Will other parents see what I have ordered online?
No. Your title selections are completely secure and will only be sent to your
child's teacher.
Can I pay by cash or check when ordering online?
No. You must use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover)
to place a Club order online.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until the items you have ordered have been
shipped to the classroom.
What if there is a problem with a product I have ordered?
If you encounter a problem with any product you have ordered, please return
the item to your child's teacher. The teacher will return it to Scholastic and
an exchange or a refund will be sent to the teacher to give to you. If a refund
is requested, a check will be issued, your credit card will not be reimbursed.
Who do I contact about billing problems?
If you have a problem or a question regarding billing, please contact Scholastic
directly. Customer service can be reached at 1-800-246-2986 Monday-Friday 6
a.m.-11 p.m. CT, Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT, or e-mail us at bookclubs@scholastic.com.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Every purchase comes with Scholastic's unconditional satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for an exchange
or full refund no questions asked. Simply return the item to your child's
teacher.
How do I redeem coupons my child has earned?
Currently, coupons cannot be redeemed when ordering online. If you would like
to use any coupons with your order, please fill-out the coupons and present
them to your child's teacher to include with the class order.
