Amelia Earhart was the first woman to become a pilot. She also was the first woman to fly 14,000 feet up in the air. She wanted to be the first person to fly all the way around the world without stopping for fuel. She later crashed in the Japenese sea. Some people think the Japenese found her, thought she was a spy and put her in prison. Amelia Earhart's life is definatly a huge mystery.
