Amelia Earhart set many records by flying flying across the Atlantic ocean she was the first women to cross the Atlantic ocean.But she was not piloting the plane she was a passenger on the plane called the friend ship.In 1932 Amelia Earhart took off solo to cross the Atlantic ocean she also completed her quest across the Atlantic Ocean.
