HELP WITH POSTING PDF DOCUMENTS

Not sure how to post the PDF templates that are under Timesaving Templates to your Class Homepage?  Don’t worry – just follow the steps below and they’ll be posted before you know it!

Step 1: Hover your mouse above the link you would like to add to your Class Homepage.  Then click on the link using the right-click button on your mouse.

Step 2: On the pop-up that appears, click on the “Save Target As . . .” option.

Step 3: Save the PDF in an easy-to-remember spot on your computer.

Step 4: Log into your Class Homepage, and go to the page where you would like this PDF.

Step 5: Click “Create an Announcement” (or “Homework”, or whichever type of item you would like this PDF to be).

Step 6: Fill in the Title, Description, and Subject on that page, and click the “Add a new image or document from your computer” from under the Add Attachment section and click the “Add Attachment” button.

Step 7: Fill in the Title and Description, and click the “Browse” button to find the PDF where you saved it on your computer.  Make sure you pick “Documents” under file type and then click the “Upload Document” button on the bottom.

Step 8: Decide when it should be posted, hit the “Save” button and you’re done!

It's Open House season again! Use this time with parents to show them your Class Homepage. Below are some great ideas to help you show off your homepage.

• Post this Open House Invitation to your Homepage. Don't forget to hand out your Class Homepage Username and Password using the reproducible below.

• Also, make sure that your Class Homepage is on your classroom computers during the Open House so parents can see what a great Homepage you have.
