Parent Corner
Submitted by: Cindy Sundvik, Boise, ID
“I have a link to a "Parents' Corner" on my homepage that contains links and ideas and support for students' parents. I include articles on special needs, behavior, sibling rivalry, homework, etc. I add links as I find resources that parents can use. This source has been a huge hit with my parents!”
Check out the message board for help and tips on how to set up your Class Homepage.

KEEP PARENTS AND STUDENTS COMING BACK
- March is Dr. Suess' birthday. Create wacky poems with your students and then post them online for their parents to read.
- The first day of spring in March 21st. Have your class plant flowers and then monitor their growth with weekly Shutterfly photo albums on your homepage.
- Track March's ever-changing weather on your homepage. Ask a student to record the weather everyday on your homepage and then discuss the changes at the end of the month. Remember to check the student's work before posting it out to the web.
