Here are some additional challenges to try. The more red dots, the harder the challenge.

     
  1. How many children are in your class? Draw a picture of something that is more than the number of children in your class. Draw a picture of something that is fewer than the number of children in your class.

  2. Draw a picture of the people in your family and put them in order from youngest to oldest. Put the youngest person on one end of the page and the oldest person on the other end. Write their ages underneath if you know how old everyone is.

  3. Write your first name on a piece of graph paper, putting each letter in its own box. Compare your name with your classmates' names. Try to find three students with fewer letters in their names than you have. Then try to find three students with more letters in their names. Does anyone have the same number of letters as you?
