Program Overview: Cool!
Students are motivated by ReadAbout’s rewards system and receive immediate feedback on their progress. Kids respond to these systems — they are familiar concepts outside of school. Students develop good test-taking strategies, learning to take their time when answering the questions. This helps them practice test-taking skills, showing the value of trying to get it right on the first try.
