Leadership Services
Leadership services is a collaborative partnership with a personalized approach to achieving goals. This includes shared learning experiences, job embedded coaching, observational feedback, and guided planning. The Center provides both in-person and online support to maximize flexibility and growth.
We deliver the 5Essentials® survey and professional learning to schools nationwide through our exclusive partnership with UChicago Impact®. The 5Essentials is an evidence-based diagnostic survey that provides actionable data and insight into how well a school is organized for improvement.
