CyberHunt: We Love Kid Lit!
As filmmaker/writer Jean Cocteau
once put it, "The greatest masterpiece in literature is only
a dictionary copied out of order." But oh, what wonderful
new combinations of words can result! Getting children to
enjoy books is perhaps the greatest gift we can bestow. Accordingly,
this CyberHunt explores Web sites devoted to children's literature
and asks questions that will provoke and entertain your students.
It's a use of modern technology to inspire youngsters to enjoy
a venerable low-tech medium: the printed page, and all its
wonders.
