Action Book Collections

Action Book Collections support struggling readers where they need it most--as they are reading. These hi-lo books are embedded with strategies designed to carefully scaffold student reading, including: welcome pages, target words, comprehension tips, and glossaries. Students' skills are further strengthened through the Reader's Notes Booklet for each title, which provide research-based exercises connected to specific passages. There are twelve Action Book Collections (four collections per READ 180 stage) from which to chose, each collection includes 36 leveled books (6 titles, 6 copies each), 36 Reader's Notes Booklets (6 titles, 6 copies each), a Teacher's Guide, and a convenient storage/display case.
