Our Shipping and Handling Charges include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead.  Shipping and Handling for books, incentives, and manuals are 9%.  Shipping and Handling for Software and Quiz CDs is 4%.  Rush orders are charged the standard Shipping and Handling Charges plus a $35 fee (Rush is 2-3 days for delivery).  Shipping and Handling for training materials is included in the price of training.
