Percent Meeting or Exceeding Delaware State Testing Program (DSTP) Standards

The percent of eighth-grade students in special education meeting the standard on the DSTP reading test went from 27 percent in spring of 2003 to 36 percent in spring of 2004, to 79 percent in spring of 2005 after READ 180, closing the gap between special education students and all other groups.
