- Ongoing, daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of the reports produced by the Scholastic Achievement Manager (SAM)
- An analysis of Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI) scores at least twice per year (mid-year and end-of-year)
- A formal quarterly review of implementation effectiveness to highlight implementation successes and challenges and measure implementation success against three key indicators
- Data reports at least twice per year (mid-year and summative end-of-year) to help quantify student achievement gains and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use program data to evaluate implementation and make changes for program efficiency and return on instructional investment
- Compare and analyze district, school, and classroom growth data and targets
- Identify district- or school-level trends and quickly “drill down” to pinpoint specific concerns
- Use data for short- and long-range planning for teachers,
classrooms, schools, subgroups, and the district.
