Background
Microsoft Settlement Vouchers may soon be available to Arkansas public schools with at least 50% of their students qualifying for the federal free and reduced-price school lunch programs. Eligible public school districts will receive vouchers to use on a wide variety of computer hardware, software, and professional development. In addition, one half of the value of the vouchers issued to Class Members but not redeemed will be distribute to the Arkansas Department of Education.
