Award-Winning
Books
As an educator, you want to introduce your students to only the
best children's books, but sometimes it can be difficult to find
the gems hiding in the pack. Don't worry the job has been
done for you by the American Library Association (ALA). Each year,
they award the Newbery and Caldecott Medals and the Coretta Scott
King Award to exceptional children's book authors and illustrators.
We have gathered information
and teaching resources on all the winners over the years to
help you bring these outstanding books into your classroom.
