All scheduling and logistical arrangements for the National
Teacher are coordinated by the National Program. Requests
should be made by letter and include the following information:
Date of event; name, title, organization, phone and
fax numbers, address of person making request; location
of appearance; type of presentation; time and length
of presentation; who and how many will be in the audience;
and a statement that your organization will pay the
National Teacher's travel, hotel, and per diem expenses.
