Chimpanzees
As humankind's closest relative, chimpanzees share roughly 98 percent
of our genes.
Chimpanzees stand up to 5 1/2 feet tall.
They sleep in trees, in nests made from leaves and branches.
Chimpanzees walk on all fours.
They eat, throw objects, and create tools with their hands.
Where do they live?
Chimpanzees live in the forests in approximately 20 African countries.
